The special general meeting of the shareholders of OAO “Monocrystal” held on September 25, 2010 took a decision to amend point 29.9 of the Company Bylaws as follows: “Notice of a general meeting of shareholder must be given on the resolution of the Board of Directors by publishing in ‘Izvestia’ newspaper or by sending a registered mail or by delivering with written acknowledgement of receipt not less than 30 days before the day of the meeting, if more extended period is not provided by law.
