Conductive aluminum pastes for rear side metallization
Application:: Aluminum paste specially designed to form a doped p+ layer for use with mono- and multi-crystalline silicon p-type wafers, as well as with thin wafers (<200 µm). Used for obtaining a high quality and homogeneous rear contact and excellent BSF-layer. Provides great efficiency and minimum bow. PASE-1203 is applicable for combined firing with other metallization components, and possesses good compatibility with other Monocrystal products for solar cells metallization.
