Monocrystal’s history goes back to 1984, when they started the technology of Kyropoulos synthetic sapphire (Al2O3)
growing and need production facilities were created at the state plant
"Analog" in Stavropol city located in the south of Russia.
In the Soviet time "Analog" plant produced synthetic sapphire products for the defense industry.
In 1998 "Monocrystal" was established as a separate company.
During 20 years of its history our company personnel have
constantly improved sapphire growing and processing technology.
