Production process quality control provides:

• periodical evaluation of accuracy, calibration and stability of the technological process;
• Operation control is conducted according to the product sheet, which is modeled for every sort of product.

The product sheets define:

• control and regulation points;
• controlled parameters and their norms;
• the criteria of taking an affirmative or negative decision;
• methods of control;
• amount and frequency of control;
• employed means of control and measurement;
• methods of collecting, recording and processing of the control results.

The results of the operation control are recorded in the production registers, which allow to identify the supplies employed, and are traced from operation to operation.

The 100% control of the ready product is carried out on the specifications of the customer.

At the customer’s request we provide the following documents for the product quality:

• certificate of compliance;
• material data sheet;
• measurements protocol.
