Conductor silver-palladium pastes

PSPd-K-57/10

Conductor silver-palladium paste designed to form the internal electrodes of a multilayer piezoceramic element.

PSPd-K-59/10

Conductor silver-palladium paste for the internal electrodes of ceramic capacitors.

The printed characteristics provide the required drawing parameters without defects after application. Rheological parameters do not change during the entire service life, which minimizes losses. The range of dynamic viscosity is 8-20 Pa*s at a shear rate of 10 s-1 The powder size allows for a paste dispersion of less than 4 microns, which contributes to the production of thinner electrode layers. The degree of grinding is not more than 3 microns. The strength and electro physical parameters of finished products with PSPd-K-57/10 are comparable with foreign analogues.

PPSP-18

Conductive silver-palladium paste for application to the mounting side of the resistor chip.

  • Optimal printing characteristics.
  • The range of conditional viscosity is 17-22 mm.
  • High resistance to decomposition.
  • High adhesion to the ceramic plates
